This is the privacy notice of Liike. In this document, ““we”, “our”, “us” or “Liike” refers to the company Liike Group Pty Ltd registered in Australia with ABN 87 648 005 896. Our registered office is at 2/515 Crown Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010, AUSTRALIA.
This is a notice to inform you of our policy about all information that we record about you. It covers both information that could and could not identify you. This privacy policy should be read in conjunction with Liike's terms of use at https://www.liike.com/terms-of-use ("Terms").
In this document, “Platform” refers to the Liike website (https://liike.com), the Liike app, and any other component of Liike and our services.
We are dedicated to the protection of your privacy and confidentiality. We understand that all users of our Platform are quite rightly concerned to know that their data will not be used for any purpose unintended by them. Our policy is both specific and strict. It complies with Australian law. If you think our policy falls short of your expectations or that we are failing to abide by our policy please contact us.
We regret that if there are one or more points below with which you are not happy, your only recourse is to discontinue using our Platform immediately.
Except as set out below, we do not share, or sell, or disclose to a third party, any personally identifiable information collected through our Platform.
Here is a list of the information we collect from you, either through our Platform or because you share it with us in some other way, and why it is necessary to collect it:

- Information on your social media friends, followers, users you follow, likers and commenters.
- Personal interest information such as your lifestyle interests, activities, preferences and hobbies.
- Your activity on our Platform relating to search history, visited pages, joined promotions, promotion activity, notifications, emails viewed, emails clicked through, general Platform usage and other actions.
- Details of any communication between you and us such as questions, requests, comments or complaints made through our Platform or directly to us by phone, email or any other form of communication.
- Any other information supplied to us directly by you.
2. How we use your information
The personal information we collect may be used by us for the following purposes:

- To allow you to create an account in our Platform and use all the features of our Platform
- To allow you to view and monitor your Platform activity
- To allow others to view your content shared with Liike
- To communicate with you directly regarding your activity within our Platform and your relationship with us
- To improve our Platform
- For administration purposes of our Platform
- To respond to your enquiries, comments and complaints
- To analyse activity on our Platform and conduct research
- To send you advertising relating to our Platform
- To satisfy all of our services within our Terms and any other agreement with users or host brands
3. How we share your information
Personal information we collect may be shared with other parties where required to operate our Platform such as:
- We may share required personal and contact information with host brands for the purpose of administration.
- We may share contest entry information including your social media profile and content information with host brands so they may review & display your content shared with Liike.
- We may share information with contractors that we appoint to operate and administer our Platform which may be either in our office, elsewhere within Australia, or in other countries.
Upon registration to our Platform, you authorise us to access your content shared with our Platform. Your content shared with Liike will be viewable by Liike, other users of the Platform, host brands, and may also be published by Liike and/or by host brands. If you do not wish to have your content seen by other people it should not be shared with our Platform.
4. Disclosure to government and their agencies
We may be required to give any and all personal information to legal authorities if they so request or if they have the proper authorisation such as a search warrant or court order.
5. Third party advertising
Third parties may advertise on our Platform. In doing so, those parties, their agents or other companies working for them may use technology that automatically collects your IP address when they send an advertisement that appears on our site to your browser. They may also use other technology such as cookies or JavaScript to personalise the content of, and to measure the performance of their adverts. We do not have control over these technologies or the data that these parties obtain. Accordingly, this privacy notice does not cover the information practices of these third parties.
6. Use of Platform by children
Our Platform is not intended for use by anyone under the age of eighteen (18) years old. In order to register as a user of our Platform you will be asked to sign in using your social media account. Our Platform will not allow any corresponding social media account profile under the age of eighteen (18) to register. We will not knowingly collect any personal information of any person who we understand is under the age of eighteen (18).
7. Compliance with the law
This privacy policy has been compiled so as to comply with the law of every jurisdiction in which we aim to operate. If you think it fails to satisfy the law of your country, we should like to hear from you, but ultimately it is your choice as to whether you wish to use our Platform.

At any time, you may review or update the personally identifiable information that we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. To better safeguard your information, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections to your information.

10. Data may be processed outside Australia
Our Platform is hosted through Amazon Web Services. We also use outsourced services in countries outside Australia from time to time for other aspects of our Platform. Accordingly, data obtained within Australia may be processed outside Australia and data obtained in any other country may be processed within or outside that country.
11. Complaints procedure
If you have a complaint about how we may have collected or handled your personal information, please contact us.
We will endeavour in the first instance to deal with your complaint and take action to resolve the matter.
If your complaint cannot be resolved at the first instance, we will ask you to lodge a formal complaint in writing, explaining the circumstances of the matter that you are complaining about, how you believe your privacy has been interfered with and how you believe your complaint should be resolved.
We will acknowledge receipt of your formal complaint and indicate the timeframe that you can expect a response. We will endeavour to resolve the complaint as quickly as possible, but if the matter is complex and our investigation may take longer, we will let you know when we expect to provide our response.
If you are unhappy with our response, you may refer your complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
12. Identifying yourself to us
You will have the option of not identifying yourself, or to use a pseudonym, when dealing with us in relation to any privacy matter unless it is impracticable or as otherwise required by law.
